He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Ethel Fields, Leonard and Clela Northam. He is survived by: his parents, Leonard R. Northam and Deborah S. Northam (Fields) of Walkerton; his sister Theresa S. Jacobson (Tod) of Plymouth, IN.; and his sibling's children, Chloe Jacobson, Julia Haynes (Parker) and Cole Jacobson. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
