She is survived by: her son Thomas Walkowski (Sherri) of South Bend, Indiana; her grandsons, Christopher Walkowski (Krystal), Andrew Walkowski (Tyeshea) and Lucas Walkowski; her great grandchildren, Jade, Cayden, Colton, Madison and Makenna; and her sister Cindy Appleby of Indianapolis, Indiana..
