It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian James Burkart of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leo and Lucille Gertrude Burkart (Brunette); and his great-uncle Brian. He is survived by: his siblings, Jon, Becky Burkart (Heidrich) of Mishawaka, Judith Kinzie of South Bend and Cynthia Reed of South Bend.
