She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Chapman and Kathleen Chapman (Osborn) of South Bend; her children, Jacob Chapman (Erin Rentfrow), Jordyn Smith (Brad Wiswell), Jennifer Smith of South Bend and John Smith of Mishawaka; her grandchildren, Estella Chapman, Westin and Coltin Wiswell; her sister Margaret Osborn of South Bend; and her close friend Malisa Reinholt of Monterey.
