He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Jean; and his parents, Marvin Harlan and Hazel Harlan. He is survived by: his children, Linda Jean Williams (Paul) and Robert Bruce Harlan (Valisa) of Granger; his grandchildren, Scott Williams (Ashley Puckett), Brian Williams, Heather Thomas (Tommy Balogh), Tyler Harlan (Megan) and Spencer Harlan; and his great grandchildren, Trevor Rhoton, Sophia and Theodore Harlan.
