He is survived by: his father Larry Broockerd; his wife Thann Mack; his children, Shelby Polozola, Kyle Broockerd (Tess), Carl Broockerd, David Mack, Michael Broockerd and Joshua; his grandchildren, Pharrah, Phoenix, Priest, Renji and Lilith; and his sister Tina Broockerd. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
