He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Woods, Sr. and Gladys Moyers Woods; his wife Eloise Hall Woods; and his great grandchild Mia Elexis Woods. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen L. Woods of South Bend and Charles; his daughter-in-law Carol Woods of Plymouth; his granddaughter Danielle Milliman (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Presley Woods, Addilynn, Raelynn and Kennedy Milliman.
