She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Doll and Betty Tunis; her husband Frank Waugh; and her brothers, Joe, Dave and John Doll.
She is survived by: her children, Tena Hoffer (Todd) of Etna Green, Cindy Baker (Dennis) of Pierceton, Steven Babendrager (Bert) of Rochester and Travis Babendrager (Jackie) of Flint, MI; her grandchildren, Todd Smith (Tressa), Preston Smith (Ashley), Katie Adams (David), Jessica Niswonger (Gary), Jeremy Babendrager (Kristina), Justin Babendrager and Hunter Babendrager; and her brother James Doll of Bourbon. She is also survived by 17 Great-Grandchildren.
