She is survived by: her children, Polly Wolf (James) and Jeffery; her caregivers, Brenda and Amanda; and her grandchildren, Heather Fite (Michael Castellon), Chad Fite (Arpeni), Amanda Vaughan and Braydon Thompson (Amber).
