She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Trzaskowski and Katherine Trzaskowski (Czerwinski); her sister Alice Szumski; and her husband Robert Dean Moore. She is survived by: her children, Kent Moore of Indianapolis, Daryl Moore (Carol) of Evansville, Dawn Horvath of Walkerton, Eric Moore (Kelly) of Granger, Todd Moore (Carol) of River Forest and Devin Moore (Janice) of South Bend, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin (Andrew Kondrath), Patrick (Lauren), Colin Moore (Mimi), Ethan, Levi Horvath, Cara, Cameron, Casey, Carson Moore, Chloe and Quinn Moore.
