Though Celia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parent Guadalupe Salazar (Soto); and her husband Benjamin Jess Monges. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Monges (Pamela) and Gregory Monges (Charlene); and her grandson Benjamin Monges.
