She is survived by: her sisters, Annie Cook (Gary) of Syracuse and Lani Bussard (Kim) of Warsaw; her daughters, Jamie Evangelisti (Cris) of Mishawaka, Carrie Gaines (Aaron) of Omaha and Katie Koontz of Mishawaka; her grandchildren, Cris Evangelisti II (Morgan) of Mishawaka, Brittney Braniff (Dan) of Mishawaka, Gabrielle Evangelisti of Mishawaka, Alison Gaines and Anna Gaines of Omaha; and her great grandchildren, Cris Evangelisti III, Carson Braniff, Ayden Braniff and Abigail Braniff of Mishawaka, Indiana..
