With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Paul Pennington (South Bend, Indiana), born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Paul and Mary Louise Pennington (Andrews); his grandchildren, Andrew Swank and Amber Brown; and his brother Dale Allen Pennington.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Walter of Granger; his children, Melanie Chidester (Greg) of South Bend and Matthew "Damon" Smith of Mishawaka; his stepson Mike D. Smith of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Brandy, Austin, Cody, Tyler, Abigail, Ethan, Rylyn, Emily and Avery; and his siblings, Steven, David, Blaine, Bradly Pennington and Michelle.
