It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles F. Sonneborn Jr. (South Bend, Indiana), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Eileen (Thiele) and Charles Francis Sonneborn. He is survived by: his children, Charles (Charlie), Sonneborn (Dan Kirk) of Greeley, CO, Amy Sonneborn-Turnock (Joseph Turnock, Jr.) of Granger and Kristin Rose (Patrick Rose) of Cincinnati, OH; his stepson Dean Francis (Mindy) of Granger; and his grandchildren, Joseph Turnock, III (Erin Kearney), Joshua Turnock (Josie), Jack Rose, Nina Rose, Maura Francis and Cavan Turnock.
