She is survived by: her children, Lisa Borders (Bill) of North Liberty and David John Hayes of South Bend; her grandchild Kelly Hayes; her granddaughter-in-law Charleen Griffith of Elkhart, IN; her grandchild Kyle Borders; her great grandchildren, Payton Hayes and Blaise Hayes of Chesterton; her niece Teresa Slitz Woodrum; and her nephew Douglas Alwine of South Bend.
