Christine A. Copenhaver Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine A. Copenhaver of South Bend, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on July 18, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Funtadakis and Angelina Funtadakis (Spiropolus); her husband Edward Copenhaver; her brother Anthony Funtadakis; and her stepson Edward Copenhaver.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Smet; her grandchildren, Joey, Casey and Alex Klebba; her children, David Smet (Brenda) and Ashleigh; her stepdaughter Laura Cole (Doug); her stepgrandchildren, Alex, Brooke and Julia; her niece Angie; Lisa Lavery, Kyle and Clinton. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
