We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2022, at the age of 79, Clara M. (Rice) Riggs (South Bend, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Singleton; and her siblings, Ruby Jones, Shirley Brown, Alice Cox, Delores Helfman, Rose Grenert, Kenneth, Charles, Lester and Edward Singleton.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Marie Sparrow (Wesley) and Joey Riggs; and her siblings, Dorothy Grenert, Walter, William, Ronald and Jack Singleton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
