It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Grace Ayers (South Bend, Indiana), who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Smith and Grace Viola Smith (Hoover); and her siblings, Joyce, Arthur and Paul Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Rebak (Edwin) of Osceola, Kimberly Flynn of Mishawaka, Larry Butler of South Bend and Scott Flynn (Karla) of Hobe Sound, FL; and her brothers, Dewayne Smith of South Bend and Ray Smith of South Bend. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
