He is survived by: his children, Brenda Newland of Mishawaka and Steve Newland of Walkerton; his grandchildren, Jacob Pauwels, Abigail Okros and Cecilia Smith; his sister Veleda Moberg of South Bend; his sibling's children, Joshua Coffman of Glendale, CA, James Brown of South Bend, IN, Martin Cramer of Plymouth, IN, Tammy Cramer Childers of Waco, TX and Rowena Miller McCullock of Lead, SD; and his former wife Susan Knowlton.
