Olivier (Miki); his grandchildren, Haley, Hunter, Brad (Alecea), Bella and Logan; his sisters, Lori Sanders, Dougherty (Mike) and Lisa Peli; his siblings-in-law, Ed Palek (Angie) and Linda Maberry (Don); and his nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Nick, Chloe, Erik (Felisha), Kice (Madeline), Donnie (Rachel), Eric, Eddy and Zach (Heidi).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
