He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rush and Lucille Rush (Colclessar); and his sister Jan Huston. He is survived by: his wife Carol Miller; his daughters, Tracy Agostino (David) of South Bend and Kimberly Dance of South Bend; his grandchildren, Kevin Agostino (Sarah), Nathan Agostino, Alexis Agostino and Charles Dance; his great grandchild Evelyn Agostino; and his brother-in-law Rudy Miller.
