He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Basham, Joseph and Veronica Gondocs; his uncles, Robert Gondocs and Kenny Basham; and his cousin Damien Gondocs.
He is survived by: his parents, David J. Gondocs of New Carlisle and Kay A. Basham of South Bend; his brothers, Joseph P. Gondocs (Kathie) of South Bend and David M. Gondocs (Lindsay) of New Carlisle; and his grandmother Alice Bashman of South Bend.
Memorial contributions, in honor of Daniel, can be made to his family to help defray final expenses.
