He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Luczkowski and Rita Luczkowski (Babicz); and his brothers, Jack Michael Luczkowski and Timmy Luczkowski. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Froelich (Christopher); and his siblings, Peggy Mossman and Jim Luczkowski (Sharon Creason).
