He is survived by: his daughters, Noel Marie Ullery Cason (Victor) of Mishawaka, IN. and Kelly Ullery Schukula (Paul) of Edmund; his sister Sharon Leinen of Tennessee; and his pet Baby Henry. He is also survived by three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
