He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Banks and Mildred Banks (Riffle); and his sister Susan Banks. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Banks and Lisa Banks; and his siblings, Kellie Banks, John Banks, Kevin Banks, Jerry Pulley and Mike Barsha. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter.
