Chart of South Bend, Indiana, born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Glen R. Chart. He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Weaver; and his cousins, Tom Snyder (Esther), Fern Costello (Ralph), Mary McBride (Steve), Myrtle Smith (Jim), Sue Berkey (Bruce), Joy Davenport (Foster), Howard Snyder (Norene) and Julius Snyder.
