He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudette Audrey Nolan and Authur Joe Sr.. He is survived by: his son Joseph Flynn; his grandchild Ja'Liyah Flynn; his children-in-law, Maureen, Kelvin, Noel and Jael; his siblings, Cheryl Maria Wright (Jacques Wright), Stephanie Ann Nolan, Kenneth F. Joe (Lisa Joe) and Lynda Dawn Nolan; and his spouse Mercie Manyozo Nolan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
