He is survived by: his mother Henrietta Mahoney (Wayne); his wife Kimberly Stachurski; his sister Carol (James); his nephews, Aaron and Jonathan (Jonathon); his brother-in-law James Luchowski; his nieces, Megan and Madison; his brother-in-law Doug Applegate; and his sibling's children, Tyler, Cohen, Chad, Austin, Jamie and Kaitlyn.
