She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvis Mayfield and Adrienne Mayfield; and her nephew Mark Mayfield. She is survived by: her siblings, Gwen DeMaegd (John), Jennifer Mehall (Bill) and Mike Mayfield (Diane). She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
