It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise L. Strickland (South Bend, Indiana), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Cunningham and Eleanor Cunningham (Sandifer); her siblings, Eric Cunningham and Charlene Cunningham; her daughters, Tia and Mia Strickland; and her grandchild Jay'dah Strickland.

She is survived by: her husband Curtis Strickland.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
