She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Nowak; her sons, Michael and Paul; her children-in-law, Ryan Hurlbutt and Terri Nowak; and her parents, Joseph Hayman and Lucille Hayman.
She is survived by: her sister Victoria Lazarek of LaPorte Indiana; her children, Diane Hurlbutt, Michele Nowak (Penny Booher) and Kurt Nowak (Beverly); her grandchildren, Bryan Hurlbutt (Angie), Mike Hurlbutt (Marcie), Erin Govier (Mike) and Matt Nowak (Traci); her stepgranddaughter Angela Korkhouse; and her brother-in-law William Granning of Hudson Florida.
