We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2022, at the age of 81, Donald Ray Tate (South Bend, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verdelous Tate and Rosa Lee Tate (Denton); his brothers, Charles and Bob Tate; and his grandson Caden Carson.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Egyhazi (Bob Berndt), Diana Weidner (Sam), Treasa Stoltz (David), Donald Tate (Teresa), Jeffery Tate (Julie Delacruz), Victor Medina (Lisa), Daniel Medina, Claudia Asprion (Ryan) and Laura Witt (Aaron).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Asera Care Hospice, Mishawaka.
