He was predeceased by: his parents, Devon D. Rowe and Bessie Caroline Rowe (Brown); and his brother Duane D. Rowe. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara; his grandchildren, Douglas Kocsis and Jonnathan Lopez; and his great grandchildren, Ember and Henry.

Memorial Contributions in Donald's name may be made to the YMCA of Greater Michiana, 905 N. Front St. Niles, MI 49120.
