He was predeceased by: his brother Danny Trusty; and his parents, Ethel Trusty (Rudd) and William Trusty. He is survived by: his children, Shelby Trusty and Austin Trusty; his former wife Kathleen Trusty; and his sisters, Deborah Bradbury and Charlene Fraschetti. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home Chapel (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family to help defray final expenses.
