She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Kosiak and Henrietta Kosiak; her husband Casimir; and her sisters, Geraldine Cyman and Jane Dobrucki.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Petersohn (Bruce) and Brian Lindorf (Lisa); her grandchild Dr Leslie (J. J.); and her great grandchildren, Owen, Miles Parent and Portlyn Lindorf. She is also survived by her nieces & nephews, but also great-nieces and the entertainment of her great nephews.
