With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy E. Powers of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 18, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Martin; her husband Raymond Gene Powers; and her siblings, Wilma Rose Dayton and Robert McInturf. She is survived by: her children, Neva Rae Powers of Lake Worth, FL. and Martin Gene Powers of Mishawka; her grandchildren, Erin, Kristin, Gillian and Raymond; and her great grandchildren, Keegan, Aaliyah, Hayden, Annabelle, Owen, Cooper, Parker and Chelseigh.

Memorial contributions in Dorothy's honor may be made directly to the family to sponsor a memorial music scholarship at Oakland City University.
