He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Block (Jack) and Marie Block; his brother Thomas Block; and his nephew Gregory Falk. He is survived by: his wife Karen Muller; his children, Travis Block (Nancy) of South Bend, Eric Block (Jamie) of Nashville, TN, Kevin Block of Lake Conroe, TX, Cory Block (Sarah) of South Bend, Addison, Bodie, Bennett, Harrison and Clara; his siblings, Janis Block, Melinda Rasmussen (Richard) and Donald Block (Debbie); and his siblings' children, Sean Rasmussen (Christina), Sarah Rust (Michael), Melissa Muller and Debbie Earles (Mike).
Memorial contributions in Douglas' name may be made to the St. Jude's School Athletic Association.
