He was predeceased by: his birth parents, Max and Betty Lou Lusher (Groshans); his adoptive parents, Herbert Quarnstrom and Margaret Quarnstrom; his siblings, Rhonda Whitmer and Ron Holland; and his granddaughter Justyann.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Holland (Mejer); his daughters, Melissa Konstanty (Tim) and Mindy Bean (Craig); his daughter-in-law Amanda Suranyi; his grandchildren, Joseph Konstanty (Brittany Burnham), Jordan Konstanty, Cody Bean, Zander Bean (Abby), Payton Holland and Ashton Holland; his great grandchildren, Sebastian Bailey and Jackson Konstanty; and his brothers, Ray Guffey II (Vita) and Ross Guffey (Pam).
