He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie G. Stafford and Theodore Roosevelt Jarvis; his brothers, Theodore Roosevelt Jarvis Jr. and Bruce Oliver Jarvis; and his son-in-law Rod Morgan, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Mark Jarvis (Terri) of Saint Charles, MO, Judy Morgan of South Bend, Doug "Buddy" Jarvis of Federal Way, WA, Lisa Hoffmann (Edwin) of Buckley, WA, Valerie Frankum (Tony) of Jacksonville, AL and Sarah Wilson (Jerry) of Manila, AR; and his siblings, Jim Jarvis (Gayle) of Baltimore, MD., Ronald Jarvis of Baltimore, MD., Jerry Jarvis of Baltimore, MD., Harold Jarvis of Baltimore, MD. and Annie Mooney of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
