He is survived by: his sister Barbara June Meloy (John) of Marathon Key, FL; his brother-in-law Lee Thompson (Khara) of South Bend; and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin Grand (Bethany), Jerome Grand (Tongxin), Carson Thompson, Laura Kowalski (Tom), Anna G. Thompson and Layla M. Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Douglas J. Mast may be donated to the Northern Indiana Food Bank, 702 Chapin Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
