He was predeceased by: his father Edward Wachowiak. He is survived by: his mother Gertrude Wachowiak (Machowiak) of South Bend, Indiana; his daughter Angela McCann of Hayes, Virginia; and his former wife Susan Wachowiak of South Bend, Indiana.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
