He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Handschu and Grace Handschu (Martin); and his wife Deloris Weiss (Dee). He is survived by: his sons, David Handschu (Kathy) of Mishawaka and Dennis Handschu (Ann) of Terre Haute; his grandchildren, Chad Handschu (Emily), Stacy Handschu and Amy Strecker (Isaac); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Joshua, Sarah, Caitlyn, Luke and John.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southfield Village Foundation or charity of choice.
