He is survived by: his mother Ellen Sue Mood, Sr. (Martin); his wife Dalida Nuhanovic; his children, Mellie Mood of Mishawaka and Robert Mood of South Bend; his siblings, Pauline Sue Jones (Brian) and Robert "Bobby" Mood; and his half-brother Dwayne Mood.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Dwight's honor to Vehicles for Veterans or any other Veteran Charity of the donor's choice.
