He was predeceased by: his father Paul Dorn; and his brother Peter Dorn. He is survived by: his brother Raymond; and his children, Shirley Lace (John) of Rochester, IN, Donna Dorn of McKenney, VA, Kristie Dorn of Arlington, TX and Christopher Dorn of South Bend. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
