He was predeceased by: his parents, Fabian Horvath and Katherine Horvath (Kleizer); and his siblings, Fabian Horvath, Joseph Horvath, William Horvath, Emil Horvath, Alexander Horvath and Katie Fansler.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Horvath (Knebel); his children, Katherine Pawell of South Bend and Steve Horvath (Donna) of Mishawaka; his grandchildren, Matthew Horvath and Kelly Cline (Randy); his great grandchildren, Brendan, Conner and Owen Cline; his sister-in-law Cathy Knebel of North Liberty; his nephew Kevin Crawley; Makenzie Crawley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ed's honor may be given to The Cathedral of St. Matthew School 1015 E. Dayton St., South Bend, IN 46613.
