It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Patrick Tafelski (South Bend, Indiana), who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Mary Tafelski, Sr. (Plonski); and his brother John Tafelski. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Tafelski (Rita) and Patrick Tafelski (Shaunna); his grandchildren, Brandon Tafelski, Kyle Tafelski, Zachary Tafelski and Hailey Tafelski; and his sisters, Dorothy Grzeskowiak and Bernice Niemasik.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Edward Patrick Tafelski, Jr. may be made out to Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
