He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond W. Ploetz and Evelyn F. Ploetz (Barr); and his children, Kari A. Erwin and Michael. He is survived by : his wife Sharon L. Fosheim; his daughter Gayle D. Kinzie of South Bend; his Son's Kris W. Ploetz (Trisha) of Evansville and Terry M Ploetz (Beth) of South Bend. He is also survived by his 6 loving Grandchildren Megan (Ben) Irwin from Tennessee, Ryan (Danielle) Ploetz from Michigan, Jessica & Taylor Erwin from Chicago, Lily &Gavin Ploetz from South Bend. 4 Great Grandchildren
