She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Horvath and Elizabeth Horvath (Gerencher); her husband Frank E. Kitkowski; her siblings, Rose Ann Horvath, Mary Lightner and Michael Horvath; her son-in-law Bruce Knippel; and her granddaughter Kellie Bousman.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Nelson (Donald) of South Bend, IN, Renee Knippel of South Bend, IN, Gregory Kitkowski (Rebekah) of New Port Richey, FL and Richard Kitkowski of South Bend, Indiana; her granddaughters, Theresa Nelson Long of South Bend, IN, Brenda McDonald of South Bend, IN and Elizabeth Knippel of South Bend, IN; and her son James Ward of Wasilla, AK. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
