He was predeceased by: his father Enrique Guzman Sr.; and his son Enrique Guzman III. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Marie, Ricardo, Francisco and Rey Guzman; his grandchildren, Nelson Sr. (Priscila), Franky (Kayla) and Henrietta Guzman; his great grandchildren, Arelie, Isabelle Hernandez and Nelson Yanez Jr.; and his siblings, Lupe Guzman and Frank Guzman.
