He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Viola Carter (Bluntson). He is survived by: his siblings, Armetha Maddox of South Bend, Emmett Carter (Alice) of South Bend, Nancy Jones of South Bend and Juanita Townsell (John) of South Bend; his nieces, Mini-Me Yvette Winters (Eugene) of DeRidder, LA and Mini-Me Ashley Townsell; his mother Juanita (Nathan Townsell); his aunts, Michelle Thomas of South Bend and Donna Johnson of South Bend; his cousins, Willie Weathers of South Bend and Miriam Melton Jones (Stanley) of Philadelphia, MS.; his friend Cornelius Johnson (Poocho); and his family Juanita.
